30 September 2021 menjadi hari yang bersejerah untuk keluarga besar Pondok Pesantren Kikil Arjosari Pacitan, pasalnya pada hari itu salah satu sarana kesehatan yayasan atau yang biasa disebut POSKESTREN ( POS KESEHATAN PESANTREN) secara langsung diresmikan oleh Bupati Pacitan, Indrata Nur Bayu Aji,
Ditemani Oleh Ketua Yayasan Pondok Pesantrean Al Fattah Kikil Arjosari, KH. Burhanudin HB, orang nomer satu di kabupaten Pacitan itu mengatakan pentingnya layanan kesehatan di tengah pandemi ini, sebagai salah satu layanan bantuan darurat pertama Santri santri pondok pesantren dan siswa siswi SMK Pembangunan apabila mengalami masalah kesehatan.
Pada kegiatan peresmian gedung baru POSKESTREN ini, Bupati pacitan juga mengapresiasi Pondok Pesantren Kikil Arjosari yang telah melakukan kegiatan Vaksinasi kepada seluruh santri, hal ini menjadi hal yang penting demi percepatan penanganan pandemi COVID-19 khususnya di Kabupaten Pacitan.
Dalam Kesempatan yang sama, Bupati Pacitan atau yang biasa akrab disapa Mas Aji beserta Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Kikil, KH. Burhanudin HB juga meresmikan gedung MCK Asrama baru yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari sarana pendukung dalam kegiatan santri sehari hari .
